Operational WhatsApp consent

This public page explains the Suarez Transportation LLC operational WhatsApp program. It does not collect a phone number or enroll anyone by itself.

Who may opt in

Only a saved manager contact may opt in to this program. An authorized company administrator must obtain and record that manager's express WhatsApp consent before using the number. The consent record includes the date and time, how consent was obtained, and the administrator who recorded it. The consent is separate from SMS consent, permission to receive report emails, and any earlier or legacy WhatsApp notification toggle.

Optional: I agree to receive recurring operational WhatsApp messages from Suarez Transportation at this number for the Driver Close-out and/or Missing-package email receipt notifications selected for me. Message frequency varies. WhatsApp and data charges may apply. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out, or ask an authorized company administrator to remove my consent in the company's notification settings. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.

Message purpose and content

Messages are operational and nonmarketing only. A WhatsApp receipt is sent only after a selected Driver Close-out or Missing-package report email is accepted. It does not include package tracking, delivery addresses, attachments, or a secure report link.

Withdrawing consent

Consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time. Recipients may reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out, or ask an authorized company administrator to remove the WhatsApp consent in the company's notification settings. For help, contact raymondg0908@gmail.com.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide mobile numbers or WhatsApp consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio acts as our service provider and processor solely to deliver and support WhatsApp messages on our behalf; it does not receive permission to use this information for its own marketing or promotional purposes.
