Operational SMS consent

This public page explains the Suarez Transportation LLC operational SMS program. It does not collect a phone number or enroll anyone by itself.

How people opt in

A driver visits the public driver registration form, enters a mobile number, and separately selects the optional SMS-consent checkbox. Existing drivers can make the same optional selection in their profile. The company records the opt-in selection and date/time before using the number for this program.

A saved manager contact can be enrolled only by an authorized company administrator in Notification contacts after the manager gives express permission. The administrator enters a separate SMS number, records the consent, and chooses whether that manager wants driver close-out and/or missing-package report receipts. Email and WhatsApp preferences never count as SMS consent.

Optional: I agree to receive recurring operational SMS from Suarez Transportation at this number for the operational alerts I select. Drivers receive delivery-dispute alerts. Saved managers may receive driver close-out or missing-package report receipts after their email report is sent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message purpose and frequency

Messages are operational only: delivery-dispute alerts for drivers, and selected report receipts for saved managers. A manager receipt does not include package tracking, delivery addresses, attachments, or secure links. They are not marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies by operational event.

Privacy and support

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers only to operate and secure the messaging service on our behalf.
